Refunds, Cancellations, and Booth Downsizing Policy

As the show dates approach, it becomes increasingly more costly for the SCA to re-sell cancelled exhibit booth spaces. Exhibitors who wish to cancel or downsize all or a portion of their reservation commitment must do so in writing.

  • Such written notice will be deemed accepted on the date received by SCA.

  • Cancellations or booth downsizings made prior to October 15, 2019 are subject to forfeiture of any deposit or 25% of the Total Booth Contract Cost.

  • Cancellations or booth downsizings made between October 16, 2019 - December 31, 2019 will result in a 50% forfeiture of the Total Booth Contract Cost.

  • Cancellations or booth downsizings made between January 11, 2020 - February 15, 2020 will result in a 75% forfeiture of the Total Booth Contract Cost.

  • After February 16, 2020, booth cancellations or downsizings will result in complete forfeiture of the Total Booth Contract Cost.

Attendee Refund Policy

2020 Specialty Coffee Expo and Re:Co Symposium purchases: All ticket sales are final and non-transferrable.

SCA Education: You may change an Expo Workshop or SCA skills program course prior to March 2, 2020 by contacting Customer Service at SCA@compusystems.com. Terms and conditions apply.
