+ What is the the Specialty Coffee Expo?

The annual Specialty Coffee Expo is considered the world's-fair of coffee – everything under one roof. Free with registration, you have access to over 60 lectures by industry experts, the trade show floor with products and services from over 500 exhibitors, the U.S. Coffee Championships, the World Coffee Championships, and the Opening Reception. Workshops for all levels and networking fundraisers are available for an additional fee.

+ What does it cost to attend Expo?

The cost depends on the badge selected, your member/non-member status and the date you register.

Members receive 15% off the ticket price and both members and non-members that register on or before March 1 can save 10%.

Attendees can choose from a 1-day or 3-day Expo badge, or a USCC Hall Badge (to watch the US Coffee Championships)

+ Are there any lectures or activities that are included with the Expo badge?

Yes, there are many activities that are included with your paid badge. 3-Day Expo badges allow you to attend events offered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. With a 1-day Expo badge, you may attend the activities on the day of the badge purchased.

LECTURES

  • Lectures by industry experts will be offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Lecture list coming soon.

USCC HALL

  • The Competition Hall is home to the U.S. Coffee Championship competitons taking place at Specialty Coffee Expo.

EXHIBIT HALL

  • Hundreds of companies representing all segments of the market, from consumer goods to roasters, this marketplace is not to be missed.

SHOW FEATURES

  • Attendees are also invited to visit the Best New Product Competition Display, Coffee Design Awards Display,and the Scientific Poster Session.

+ What badge gives me access to the competitions?

The World Brewers Cup and Cup Tasters Championship take place in the Exhibit Hall (An Expo badge must be purchased)

The US Roaster Championship and the US Latte Art Championship will be held in the USCC Hall (spectators can choose the USCC Hall Badge)

+ Are children allowed?

We love kids, but unfortunately a coffee event isn’t the best place for them, given all the hot water, heavy machinery and moving parts.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the exhibit hall floor, lecture rooms or in Expo Workshops. Babies in carriers are the only exception (no strollers allowed on show floor).

Children 12 years and older are allowed on the exhibit hall floor and lectures during attendee hours with a paid registration. They will be allowed to attend Expo Workshops only if registered for the course/workshop.

+ I’ve already registered and would like to know how to access my visa letter.

  • You can print your visa letter from your registration dashboard.
  • To access your dashboard, click on the link in your confirmation email.

+ How can I obtain a visa letter of invitation prior to registering?

+ What workshops are being taught at Expo?/Where can I find the workshop listings with dates and times?

There will be a variety of workshops offered at Expo. To view a complete listing of classes along with dates, times and fees visit the website here.

Attendees that purchase 3-Day Expo badge can select courses and workshops offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Attendees that purchase 1-Day Expo badge can select courses and workshops on the day of the badge. All courses and workshops have an additional fee.

+ How do I participate in the Coffee Design Awards?

+ Who will be exhibiting at the 2024 Expo?

+ I will be helping in an exhibit booth at Expo, how do I register?

  • The company contact registers all booth staff for the show.
  • Please reach out to your company contact and ask them to register you.
  • All badges are non-refundable, so please do not purchase a badge if you may be entitled to a complimentary staff badge.

+ If I live outside of the U.S., can I still attend Expo?

If you reside outside of the United States and hope to attend Expo, please familiarize yourself with any requirements for international travelers from The U.S. Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs, as well as travel restrictions, as detailed on the Center for Disease Control website, which are subject to change.

+ What is the Expo cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

+ Where do I pick up my badge?

  • Expo Badge pickup will be available at registration kiosks in the Lakeside Center Ballroom.

+ Can I reprint my badge on-site?

If you lose your badge, you may have it reprinted. Badge reprints on-site will cost $50.

+ How do I receive my registration confirmation?

Confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process.
