Portland, Oregon will host the 2023 edition of the “Specialty Coffee Expo” from 21 to 23 April: the key trade fair for the North American specialty sector, organized by Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
For the second consecutive year, Sanremo Coffee Machine will be Diamond Sponsor of the event as well as Title Sponsor of the “Roaster Village”.
Introduced to Specialty Coffee Expo in 2017, the Roaster Village is the space dedicated to micro-roasters and small green coffee importers: a key meeting point between these “niche” operators and the wider coffee industry. This year the Roaster Village will be set up inside the main exhibition area, demonstrating how much SCA wants to give visibility and importance to the role of micro operators in the sector. Indeed, thanks to this initiative, Expo visitors will be able to get in touch with small companies of excellence and discuss with them the latest trends in the supply, processing, roasting and preparation of coffee.
The official machine of the Village will be the Sanremo YOU, Single group, multiboiler machine which the roasters will be able to put to the test to let their blends be tasted to their fullest potential.
The Treviso-based company will also be present with its team to meet visitors, partners and coffee enthusiasts. The Sanremo stand will be much more than an exhibition space, but a real HUB for discussion and sharing, where workshops and demonstrations will be held thanks to the participation of S.W.A.T. and brand ambassadors from all over the world.
