Join the Specialty Coffee Expo Green Exhibitor Program 

·      SCA is working hard to make Expo a leader in event sustainability, but we can’t do it alone. Please fill out this short survey about your exhibiting practices. The survey will cover things like lighting, materials giveaways in your booth, shipping your booth, and transportation while your staff are on-site.

·      The goal of the survey is to identify small changes that you can make to reduce your environmental impact at Expo and, ideally, at all other shows you're exhibiting at. We can have a massive positive impact with each exhibitor’s commitment to sustainable exhibiting practices!

·      The best practices highlighted in this survey will eventually become part of the permanent exhibitor program at Expo.

What are the benefits? By participating in the Green Exhibitor Program your company and exhibition booth will receive additional recognition throughout the show cycle including:

• Highlight on event website

• Special designation in the event app

• Be prepared by already having sustainability practices in place before they become mandatory

Donation Program: To create a sustainable event and achieve our sustainability goals in Houston, we need the support of our exhibitors. Specifically, we look to reduce the amount of waste from the show going to a landfill.  

Second servings is Houston’s only prepared and perishable food rescue organization. Since 2015, they’ve been redirecting unserved and unsold food from events to the people who really need it at shelters, soup kitchens, low-income housing and many other charities.

Magpies & Peacock, Houston Food Bank, Teachers Aid Program and Houston Habitat for Humanity ReStores are just a few of the programs that GRBCC partners with for donations after the Trade Show event.

If you have materials that you would like to donate after the show, we have established a program with local charities to help you do so. Our goal is to assist you with donating these materials to local charities, keep them out of landfills and make the process as easy as possible for you.
